Delivery and Payment
Delivery Methods
- Courier service by Nova Poshta or Uklon within Kyiv.
- Delivery by Nova Poshta throughout Ukraine – to your nearest branch or post office within 1-2 working days.
- International delivery via Ukrposhta – we ship orders to all countries in the world except for Russia and Belarus.
Shipping is done on the next working day after the order, and an additional day is required for Nova Poshta courier delivery.
Please note that orders are not dispatched on Saturdays, Sundays, Mondays, and public holidays. Orders placed on these days will be shipped on the following Tuesday.
Orders are subject to verification and verification before shipment and may take up to 48 hours to process.
In the event of a delay in order shipment, we will contact you in advance via email.
Manuscript is not responsible for import duties and fees related to international orders. All import duties are the sole responsibility of the recipient. To find out about import duties regarding your order, please contact your country’s customs service directly.
Payment Methods
- Payment upon receipt through Nova Poshta
- Bank transfer to Monobank/PrivatBank card
Delivery is paid by the customer based on Nova Poshta rates upon receipt. Please note that Nova Poshta charges 20 UAH + 2% of the transfer amount for the cash-on-delivery service.
For international orders, the delivery cost is calculated individually depending on the total weight of the order, the delivery method, and the delivery address. Approximately $20, the delivery cost for the number of notebooks up to 4 pieces is almost the same.
When paying by card, the order is sent after full prepayment. Same-day shipping is available for orders placed before 15:00, or it will be sent the day after payment.
